Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Work on planning various sales strategies
  • Work with different teams to drive growth in the organization
  • Communicate with different B2B clients and customers
  • Work on B2B and B2C sales channels and define new strategies
  • Work on increasing sales across upskilling programs and technical events
  • Work closely with the social media marketing team
  • Prospect potential leads and customers via automated and manual outreach channels
  • Execute growth strategies and contribute to the company's growth initiatives
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and present actionable insights.
  • Creative mindset with an eagerness to learn.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
Sales & Business Development Skills:
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Researching potential clients via LinkedIn, cold email, or directories.
  • Relationship Building: Developing rapport with potential customers to move them through the funnel.
  • Basic Negotiation: Understanding how to discuss pricing, terms, and deliverables comfortably.
  • Presentation Skills: Creating and delivering pitch decks or demos to prospective clients.
Additional Information:
  • This internship comes with a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) for Internship + Full-Time Employment opportunities. Candidates are required to commit to working with the company for a minimum of 2 years after completing the internship(min. 6 months). This ensures a long-term collaboration and a clear pathway to professional growth.
